These cottages are often close to a beach or park but not on the water. They are GREAT cottages for couples or families who don't mind servicing the cottage themselves and want to save money. The property owners have agreed to our standards and we still inspect the property before and after your stay. You will still be able to purchase housekeeping, trash removal, etc. should you desire them - just ask our Reservationists when you reserve the cottage.
