Audrey Leeds Miller and Jeffrey H. Miller started this business in 1993. Audrey grew up in Wiscasset, Maine. She is the daughter of the late Esther Leeds Mitchell. She holds a B.A. from Wells College in Aurora, New York. She has over 22 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
Jeffrey has been summering in East Boothbay since 1977. In 1983 he purchased a "fixer-upper" on Linekin Bay and began renting Captain's Quarters for family reunions. He is a graduate of Milford Academy and holds a B.S. Degree from Hawthorne College in New Hampshire. He holds a real estate license in Florida and Maine.
Together, they created this company to help other property owners rent their homes and fill a much needed void that existed in this region for vacation rental support and information. They were married in 1994 and have one daughter, Alexis Loring Miller.

We Rent Private Family Vacation Homes
The cottages in this catalog are private family homes. They are not "just rental property." When you rent one of these cottages, you are a guest in someone's home. The furnishings and their arrangement in these cottages represent the tastes of the individual owners. All cottages are equipped with kitchens that include pots, pans, flatware, and everything you would need for basic cooking.
These cottages also come with pillows, blankets and bedspreads. You are expected to bring with you (or rent from us) sheets and towels, including bath mats and kitchen towels.
What is a classic "Maine Cottage?"
A Maine cottage is a free-standing building, often wood-shingled, built around the turn-of-the-century for use as a summer vacation home. The interiors of many cottages, cabins and camps offer exposed wood walls and ceilings, fireplaces or a wood stove (but no central heating system) and comfortable, well-used chairs. They often rely on the town's above-ground summer water supply. Because of the rocky terrain and delicate septic systems, many cottage are unable to have washers and dryers. About 50 percent of the cottages fit this description and are only available for use from May to October.

- Mandatory home inspections before arrival for cleanliness and over-all condition. We make every effort to make sure that your cottage is clean by personally inspecting it before every new arrival and upon check-out. We offer additional housekeeping/chambermaid service if you request it for an additional fee.
- Renter Lodging Guarantee. The season for renting is very short here in Boothbay. The property owners depend on this rent money to pay for upkeep and taxes on these homes. Therefore, our cancellation policy is very strict. This optional lodging guarantee is a way to protect you in the event of unforeseen illness or death.
- Credit Card Payments (only agency in this Region). We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Pets Welcome
Over 70% of our homes welcome pets. There is a non-refundable pet fee to bring your pet to a pet friendly house. Look for those houses that accept pets. We know responsible Pet owners like to take boats trips or day trips and cannot take their pet with them. Rather than leave them alone in the cottage, we would like to suggest you check out the services of two day boarding kennels in our area. They are both very good and will take good care of your pet: 1) Haggett Hill Kennel, 207.882.6709, and 2) Brunswick Veterinarian Associates, 207.729.4164.
- Linens available for rent when not provided.
- 24-Hour Emergency Service with prompt attention to problems. While staying in one of our cottages, you can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with a pager number or a cell phone number. Fixing a problem quickly is our goal.
- Trash Pick-up (twice a week).
- Convenient Office Location w/ample parking for check in and check out. We offer personalized check in on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday for arrivals before 6pm. We also offer Express Check-In.
