For almost three decades (27 years) Cottage Connection of Maine, Inc. has been privileged to represent great private Maine vacation homes and welcome guests to these homes. Guests value and enjoy time away from their regular life relaxing with family and friends while creating great memories.

As a matter of fact, we feel we are the perfect “go-to” place during these uncertain times. We take this responsibility very seriously and we want to make sure you know what we do as a company.

Attention to Detail in Each Vacation Rental

At Cottage Connection, it is standard procedure to take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe experience for our guests. All of our properties are cleaned, sanitized and disinfected between each stay. While we have always had stringent cleaning procedures, we have made sure to take extra precautionary measures.

This includes taking extra care to sanitize and disinfect surfaces frequently touched such as remote controls, doorknobs, countertops, and bathroom fixtures. It is also standard procedure to supply a starter supply of toilet paper! (I hope you are smiling!) Additionally, we work with a commercial laundry facility, that follows strict protocols with the sanitization and care of the bedsheets and bath towels.
 

Vacation Rentals as a Safe Respite

We want to continue to offer you a safe place to get away and spend quality time with family and friends in Maine in one of our clean cottages. One of the benefits of staying in a vacation rental is that you are sharing the space with people you know. You can cook your own meals and you can explore the area using your personal vehicle. And you can breathe in fresh Maine air when you take a hike, a boat ride, or enjoy time by the water.
 

Travel Insurance

If you haven’t purchased travel insurance, you may want to consider purchasing CSA Travel Insurance available from us or find some on your own. Should you need to cancel or change your reservation due to illness or another covered event, you may be able to receive a full refund for your stay.
