Live a true Down East vacation in a classic year-round antique cape featuring a rolling lawn to the water's edge with a spacious dock and a waterside patio with a firepit to relax by and enjoy the exquisite water view and sunsets over the Ebenecook Bay.  Reed's Landing was an early established saltwater farm and has a stone wharf where small fishing boats could unload the catch of the day.

Located in West Boothbay Harbor, 3 miles from downtown Boothbay Harbor, on a country road following along the water's edge, with one + acres of useable land (two acres are wooded).  It is a comfortable walk to The Gregory Land Trust Trail for a water view walk in the woods or the Trevett Country Store for breakfast or seafood lunch on the deck.

The first floor of this restored and renovated 1,800 +/- SF home offers a spacious living room and a family room with a 42" flat screen cabled TV, a well-equipped granite/stainless kitchen opens to the dining room with a bay window view of the water and french doors leading to a stone patio with a gas grill, a master bedroom, study and bath with marble shower and separate tub.

The second floor has a bath with shower, and two bedrooms with large dormer windows offer views of the water.  All the bedrooms have window A/C and all but the master, study, and baths have water views.

One double kayak and two single kayaks are available by agreement and are gratis.  There are three land trust islands close by to kayak to for picnicking and hiking.

The nationally recognized Botanical Gardens, the elegant Boothbay Harbor Country Club (with a waterside restaurant on the Harbor open to the public) and beautiful downtown Boothbay Harbor are 3 miles +/- from the property.

A 4-NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR NON-PEAK SEASON RENTALS. We require at least 72 hours’ notice of intent to rent so the cottage can be prepared for your stay.

*** Certain fees such as the required Cleaning Fee and optional Pet Fee do not always appear on all booking platforms. Due to this, we reserve the right to collect monies owed for these fees from the guest if not collected as part of the original reservation.***
