Connection owners, Jeff and Audrey Miller, feel a strong sense of compassion for our environment and wildlife. We have added the Arctic Tern to our logo to call attention to the shorebirds that are a vital part of our world. We want to start conversations and raise awareness of these endangered species and behave in sustainable, eco-friendly ways in all we do.
As you approach our office and Welcome Center at 675 Wiscasset Rd Suite A, Boothbay, Maine, you will notice a bird (Arctic Tern) next to our name on the building, which represents our commitment to raising awareness for endangered and vulnerable species of wildlife here in Maine. You can stop by and show your support for these shorebirds by purchasing one of our “Quinn the Arctic Tern” products. A portion of the proceeds will go directly to the Friends of Maine Coastal Islands Wildlife Refuge Center in Rockland, Maine.
