This is a beautiful newly remodeled waterfront condominium in Signal Point Village in Boothbay Harbor. Guests at this condo will enjoy the outdoor space. This end unit opens up to a patio and to extensive lawn area and water-front on Mill Cove. The owner says what he likes about the condo is that it is very quiet and relaxing. It is within easy walking distance (half mile) of downtown Boothbay Harbor and to restaurants, shops, galleries and other amenities. The condo was completely renovated in May 2019. All furniture, mattresses, and fixtures are brand new as of this date.
THE CONDO: When you enter the condo, you will immediately notice how bright, clean and new it is. The home is nicely decorated throughout, reflecting the owners’ love of dogs! Main Floor: Kitchen, large open dining and living room and ½ bath. Electric faux fireplace in living room with Renai for heat. In the living room you have a wonderful view of Mill Cove. From the kitchen, there is access a small patio with grill and an extensive lawn area to the water. Second Floor: Master bedroom has Queen size bed and full ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 Twin beds, and another full bathroom across the hall. Washer/dryer is located in the hallway closet on the second floor. Third Floor: Open space with Trundle bed that sleeps 2.

THE AREA: Enjoy all that downtown Boothbay Harbor has to offer including restaurants, nightlife, shops, and galleries. One of our favorite seafood shacks is right across the street from the condo, Dunton's Doghouse! Catch a show at the Boothbay Opera House. Get out on the water-rent a kayak or take a guided tour, go on a scenic cruise or whale-watch, take a chartered fishing trip, or take the boat that goes to Cabbage Island for a lobster/clambake. Other places close by to visit include the Maine State Aquarium and Coastal Maine Botanical Garden-the largest botanical garden in New England! Boothbay also has a championship golf course. The Boothbay Region Land Trust has 30+ miles of hiking trails. The Boothbay peninsula is a beautiful region rich in culture, history, and nature.
