Cottage Connection's team is excited to offer you a lovely, well-maintained Spruce Point oceanfront property. Enjoy watching the boats come and go from Linekin Bay and across the bay to Ocean Point. Walk down on the dock and on the rocks to see what the ocean left behind as it comes and goes with each tidal change.  Bring your own boat to this deepwater dock. Relax or play lawn games on several decks, porches, outdoor terraces, and a sprawling lawn with expansive views overlooking the bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Wake up each morning to the sights, sounds, and smells of the ocean and especially the magnificent sunrises. This well-maintained and loved property has everything you could need or want for a relaxing, rejuvenating vacation. Bring other family members or friends and enjoy plenty of togetherness and privacy with the addition of the beautiful second-floor apartment in the new post and beam garage. If you or a member of your group like to write or play music there is a special "she-shed" for doing just that or for some alone time. Conveniently located near the Spruce Point Inn for cocktails and dinner or a quick 10-minute drive into Boothbay Harbor. Boating, shopping, dining it's all here waiting for you to relax and make great memories with your family and friends.  THE HOUSE, THE GARAGE APARTMENT, AND THE "SHE-SHED": The primary home (one of three buildings on the property) is an open floor plan three-story structure situated directly on Linekin Bay.  This Knickerbocker-built home features a spacious, bright, and airy screened porch with a dining table and cozy furniture that offers beautiful views, plenty of sunshine, and a cool ocean breeze that makes for hours of comfortable relaxation morning, noon, and night. There are three “primary suites” with private baths in each: two king bedrooms and one bedroom with two queen beds. There are stunning gardens, beautiful lawns, and 200+ feet of oceanfront with your own private deepwater (200 feet) dock, float, and moorings for your boat.  The second building is an adorable "she shed" or studio for writing/reading/painting or simply quiet time.  The third building is a stunning post-and-beam garage built by the Shelter Institute with an upstairs apartment that includes a queen bedroom, a full bath,  and an additional sleeping loft. This property is great for larger groups who want to vacation together, and still have lots of space to spread out!  This property is ideal for 8 - 10 people.

First Floor: The main floor houses the living room and dining area with tall windows to the ocean, a gourmet kitchen with a counter and bar stools, and a dining table that can seat 8. The comfortable, bright, and airy screened/glass porch off the kitchen is the perfect place for breakfast, afternoon tea, board games, cocktails at sunset or just enjoying the ocean view. The primary king bedroom has ocean views, a fireplace, and a large bathroom with a separate toilet room, spa shower, separate free-standing tub, and double sink.
Second Floor: The second floor has two more bedroom suites accessed by a hallway that looks down over the living room. One suite has a King bed with a tub/shower in the bathroom. The second suite offers 2 Queen beds with a shower bath,

A 7-NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR RENTALS. We require at least 72 hours’ notice of intent to rent so the cottage can be prepared for your stay.

*** Certain fees such as the required Cleaning Fee and optional Pet Fee do not always appear on all booking platforms. Due to this, we reserve the right to collect monies owed for these fees from the guest if not collected as part of the original reservation.***
