ABOUT THIS HOUSE: Set on the grounds of the old Andersen Stoneware studio, this newly constructed home with a separate garage apartment (not included in this listing) faces the Millpond Overlook and the head of Linekin Bay. Watch the birds at the overlook, or make the short walk to Lobsterman's Wharf for a meal and people-watching! This home is great for families, daytrippers, and those who are excited to explore our peninsula. Please note the garage apartment is occupied by a year-round resident.


Main floor: Here you will enjoy the open concept kitchen and dining room, comfy living room, 1/2 bath with laundry, and the master suite. From the dining room, you can access the backyard via patio, as well as the south-facing deck. 
Second Floor: Features an open TV room, one full bathroom, and two bedrooms: the twin bedroom with additional sitting area faces south, and the double bedroom faces north.

Downstairs In-Law Apartment: Accessible from the main level and via a separate outside entrance, the downstairs features a queen bed suite with a TV area and sitting area for two, as well as an open-concept dining room/ kitchenette, and 3/4 bathroom.
