The large windows and covered porch overlook Bayville and the launching ramp at the innermost part of the Bay giving you a bird's eye view of boats, seals, kayaks, and gorgeous sunsets. The dock is set up with a picnic table and gas grill. Fish off the dock, explore the bay by kayak, or just relax. There is a deepwater mooring available for guests. The East Boothbay General Store and The Carriage House Restaurant are close by.

Main Level: Enter into the living room or kitchen. There is a cozy dining room for 6 overlooking the water that opens into the living room. Half bath on this floor. The kitchen is well appointed for ease of cooking. There is a covered porch waterside off the dining room.
Lower Level: From the kitchen, there is a stairway down to the lower level where there is a bathroom with a shower and you can walk right out onto the dock and float.
Second Floor: 3 bedrooms, hallway, and full bathroom with a view of the water from the tub/shower.
BATHROOMS: (1) Full with tub/shower (2nd floor), (1) 3/4 bath with shower only (lower level), (1) half bath main floor.

All the houses we offer will have ceiling fans, window fans or box fans available when it gets hot. It doesn't stay hot for long. If there is air conditioning in a cottage we will say so in the description. Otherwise, assume that there is no air conditioning.
