Please note: Most of the cottages in Maine do not have air conditioning because it is not needed for most of the season. All the houses we offer will have ceiling fans, window fans or box fans available when it gets hot. It doesn't stay hot for long. If there is air conditioning in a cottage we will say so in the description. Otherwise, assume that there is no air conditioning.
