THIS HOUSE RENTS WEEKLY, SATURDAY-SATURDAY, JUNE-SEPTEMBER
4 NIGHT STAYS AVAILABLE IN THE FALL
The House: Large waterfront two-story cabin, four-bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms located at Spruce Point. Access to the water and member-only dock. Spacious great room with beautiful water view, vaulted ceiling, and floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Large front porch with retractable awning to relax. Separate dining area that seats 6 to 8 people. Full kitchen with breakfast area. Expansive backyard with a one-acre forest.
First floor: Eat-in kitchen overlooks backyard. The dining room opens up into a great room, perfect for families to relax and enjoy each other's company. From there, guests can access the deck with a retractable awning and take in the harbor views and sun! Master bedroom suite with a large sitting area, desk, private porch facing the water, private bathroom. Full-length windows with a view overlooking the entrance to Boothbay Harbor. Second first-floor private bedroom and bathroom, windows facing the forested backyard. Third bathroom with washer/dryer.
Second Floor: Two bedrooms located on the second-floor loft. The front bedroom with sink overlooks the water. The second bedroom with sink and twin beds faces the backyard. The Jack and Jill water closet lies between the two bedrooms and is accessible by both rooms.
This home is a short walk from the historic Spruce Point Inn, Restaurant, and Spa. Downtown Boothbay Harbor is a 25-minute walk or just a few minutes by car!
Bedrooms: (1) King in Master bedroom Suite with bathroom, first floor, (1) Queen, First Floor, (1) Queen, second floor with sink in room and toilet in closet accessed by both bedrooms, (2) Twins, also on the second floor

A 4-NIGHT MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR NON-PEAK SEASON RENTALS. We require at least 72 hours’ notice of intent to rent so the cottage can be prepared for your stay.
*** Certain fees such as the required Cleaning Fee and optional Pet Fee do not always appear on all booking platforms. Due to this, we reserve the right to collect monies owed for these fees from the guest if not collected as part of the original reservation.***

Driving Directions & Lock Box Code will be sent to the guest, via e-mail, after their reservation is finalized by signing the Short-Term Occupancy (Rental) Agreement, five days prior to arrival.
